We ship orders using USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email.

  Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created
  
• 
  If your tracking hasn’t moved in 3 days, contact us and we will help with carrier claim support
  
• 
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak seasons
  
• 
  Shipping fees are not refundable

We stand behind our work. Returns are accepted only if ZMA Prints made a mistake on an eligible order.

  Returns must be requested and sent back within 3 days of delivery
  
• 
  Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and unaltered
  
• 
  Shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is paid by the customer
  
• 
  Custom orders and discounted items are final sale (no returns/refunds/exchanges)
  
• 
  Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

To keep your item looking its best:

Apparel (T-Shirts / Hoodies / Sweatshirts):

  Wash inside out with cold water
  
• 
  Use mild detergent, avoid bleach
  
• 
  Tumble dry low or hang dry
  
• 
  Do not iron directly on the printed area
  

Blankets / Mats (if applicable):

• 
  Follow the care instructions included with your order
  
• 
  Avoid harsh chemicals and high heat when possible
  
• 
  Handle with care to maintain print quality
