Thank you for shopping with ZMA Prints. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, how shipping works, and what to do if there are issues with tracking or delivery.
1) Order Processing
We begin preparing your order after it is placed and payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary based on:

seasonal demand (holidays and special drops)
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
2) Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using major carriers, including USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
3) Shipping Timeframes (Delivery Estimates)
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. After your order leaves our facility, delivery speed depends on the carrier and destination.
Please note:

carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other service disruptions

ZMA Prints is not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit
4) Tracking Updates & “No Movement” for 3 Days
If your tracking has not moved in 3 days, please contact us and we will assist with carrier claim support and communication with USPS/UPS when applicable.
5) Lost Packages
If the mail carrier determines your order is officially lost, the order may become eligible for replacement based on the carrier’s decision and claim outcome.
Please note: We reserve the right to research the original purchase and limit or decline replacements. Lost or damaged items are not replaceable.
6) Damaged Packages (Claims Must Be Submitted in 24 Hours)
If your package arrives damaged due to the mail carrier:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of:

the damaged item(s)
-
the packaging (box/mailer)
-
the shipping label
-

Damage claims submitted after 24 hours will be considered null and void
7) Incorrect Address / Address Changes
Please verify your address carefully at checkout.
Address changes after checkout are NOT allowed.
If a package is returned or refused due to an incorrect address:

return postage costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from any eligible return amount

reshipping costs may apply if the order needs to be shipped again
8) Shipping Fees (Non-Refundable)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated

Shipping is not refundable, even if a return is approved

Return shipping costs (for eligible returns) are the responsibility of the customer
