These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZMA Prints website (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from ZMA Prints (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Overview

ZMA Prints provides printed products including apparel, blankets, mats, and custom items. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site, including browsing, purchasing, and communicating with us.

2) Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country, or that you have permission from a parent/guardian to use the Site.

3) Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability, or policy violations.

  • If we cancel an order after payment, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4) Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to display product details accurately. However:

  • Colors may vary due to monitor/device settings.

  • Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the final product.

  • We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

5) Custom Orders and Customer-Provided Content

If you submit designs, artwork, names, or other content for custom products:

  • You confirm you have the legal right to use that content.

  • You are responsible for spelling, sizing, and design details you provide.

  • Custom items are made based on the information submitted and are final sale (see Section 9).

ZMA Prints may refuse custom requests that violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or conflict with our business standards.

6) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Prices are listed on the Site and may change at any time.

  • Taxes may be applied based on shipping address and applicable law.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

7) Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timeframes vary by product type and order volume.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, carrier delays are outside of our control.

If your tracking has not moved for 3 days, contact us and we will assist with carrier claim support when applicable.

8) Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Address changes after checkout are NOT allowed.

  • If an order is returned or refused due to an incorrect address, return postage costs may be deducted from any eligible return amount.

9) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our return rules are based on product type and eligibility:

A. Eligible returns (ZMA error only)

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted if ZMA made a mistake on your order and the item is an eligible ZMA in-house design.

  • Items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED and returned within 3 days of delivery.

B. Final sale

  • Custom orders/custom designs are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Discounted items are final sale.

C. Shipping

  • Shipping is not refunded.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10) Damage Claims and Carrier Issues

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged by the carrier, contact us within 24 hours so claims can be filed in a timely manner.

  • Orders deemed lost by the carrier may become eligible for replacement based on carrier determination.

We reserve the right to research the original purchase and limit or decline claims when necessary.

11) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, product listings, graphics, logos, and design elements) is owned by or licensed to ZMA Prints and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

12) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • violate laws or regulations

  • infringe intellectual property rights

  • submit false or misleading information

  • attempt unauthorized access to the Site or systems

  • transmit malware, spam, or abusive communications

  • interfere with Site security or performance

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZMA Prints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) involved in the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZMA Prints from claims or demands arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of third-party rights related to customer-provided content.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply from the date they are published.
