Refund policy

At ZMA Prints, we take pride in quality and accuracy. If there is an issue caused by us, we will work quickly to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Money Back Guarantee (When ZMA Made a Mistake)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase because ZMA made a mistake on your order, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.

Eligible items:

  • ZMA in-house design items only

Return window:

  • You must return the item within 3 days of receiving your order

Return condition requirements:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund


Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange or refund:

  • Incorrect items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED

  • If the item has been worn or washed, it will not be eligible for an exchange or refund


Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item(s) arrive back at our facility


Shipping Costs (Non-Refundable)

  • Shipping charges are not refunded

  • Return shipping for refunds or exchanges is paid by the customer

  • If an order is refused, the return postage cost charged to send it back will be deducted from the return amount


Final Sale Items (No Returns / No Refunds)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Custom orders / custom designs

  • Discounted items


Refund Fee (Non-ZMA Issue Refunds)

ZMA Prints does not allow refunds on custom orders.

If an order is refunded for a non-ZMA issue, a 6% fee of the total will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Damage Claims (24-Hour Limit)

All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, damage claims will be considered null and void.


Carrier Claims (USPS/UPS)

  • If your tracking has not moved in 3 days, contact us and we will assist with carrier claim support

  • If your order arrives damaged by the mail carrier, contact us within 24 hours to ensure claims are filed on time

  • Once the carrier confirms an order is lost, it may become eligible for replacement based on the carrier determination

Please note: We reserve the right to research the original purchase and limit or decline refunds. Lost or damaged items are not replaceable.


Address Changes

Please verify your address at checkout. Address changes after checkout are NOT allowed.
