- If you are not satisfied with your purchase if ZMA has made a mistake on your order just send back the item** ( any ZMA inhouse design). Within 3 days of receiving.
- Please handle all items with care and return in the same condition as when they were received.
- ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED.
- If an item has been worn, washed or altered, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return within 3 days from receiving your order and we will issue you a refund.
- Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back to our facility.
- If something is wrong with your order please contact us within 3 business days at the email below and we will get it corrected for you!
- Incorrect items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. If item is worn or washed it will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
- SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED.
- Shipping the return back for a refund or exchange is at the cost of the customer.
- If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.
CUSTOM ORDERS & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
USPS/UPS claims
- If your order has not moved in 3 days please contact us and we will take care of any claims and speaking to UPS/USPS.
- If your order arrives damaged by the mail carrier please contact us at ContactUS@MLAFabrics.com within 24 hours to insure all claims are done in a timely manner.
- Once orders that are deemed lost by the mail carrier they will then be eligible for replacements.
Please note: We reserve the right to research the original purchase, and to limit or decline refunds. Lost or damaged items are not replaceable.
Damage Claims
All damage claim request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, all damage claims will be considered null and void.
Address Change
Please make sure to check address when checking out. Address changes after checkout will NOT be allowed.
REFUNDS
ZMA does not allow refunds on any custom orders. If for any reason an order is to be refunded for a non ZMA issue a 6% fee of the total will be deducted from the refunded amount.
CUSTOMS
Custom designs are NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
